Responsibilities:
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
• Preparing and configuring the devices for employees.
• Keep a record of problems and their solutions.
• Tracking and following up on the IT hardware stock.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
• Work with firewall and create firewall policies upon request.
• Work with VMware ESXi and backup systems (Veeam).

Education, Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a similar relevant field
• 1-2 Years of experience.
• Experience in the computer network, administration, hardware, and installation.
• Proven knowledge of Windows server services “AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO…etc.”
• Proven knowledge of Office 365, Sophos Firewall, and VMware ESXi.
• CCNA and MCSA are preferred (courses or self-study at least).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1-2 Years of experience.
