Responsibilities:

• Supervise each project’s scope and timeline.
• Facilitate all scrum sprints and events.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with other scrum masters and coaches to build the company's agile process.
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Help Teams with adopting tools for Agile project management ex. JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Help Teams generating their reports of sprint progress and project progress.
• Help teams build their Agile KPIs Dashboards.
• Help teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• +5 years working with Agile Teams, 2+ years working as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.

Job Requirement:

1. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
2. Experience in agile project management tool administration is a must JIRA or DevOps
3. Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks.
4. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
5. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
6. Outstanding organizational skills.
7. Scrum master certification is a plus.
